The best way to contact me is by e-mail, I will usually respond within 48 hours depending on your requested appointment date.

When sending me an e-mail you can address me as Lady Nicole, Ms Nicole or Nicole as I understand everyone's view of BDSM is individual.

Same day appointments

I have a fantastic receptionist who organises my diary and keeps me sane! however she only works part time so if you are looking to book a same day appointment it is best to call between 8.30 - 10am on 0151 356 8555

Please bare in mind my days are unsually booked up in advance so same day appointments are rare.

Confirmation

All sessions need to be confirmed before 10am on the day of the appointment. This can be by done by calling my receptionist or leaving a message on my voicemail. Any unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled.

Once we have discussed the details of our session and arranged a time and date to meet at my dungeon, you are not required to contact me unless you have a genuine question/query/cancellation or need to re arrange your appointment,you may e-mail/text or call me.

Expect me to provide free sessions, discount sessions for people who say they are poor! This is my livelihood, equipment, clothing etc is very expensive so don't insult me or embarrass yourself by asking!
